A very accessible book–not just for academics. However, I had to read this for a class on special education law and I would have preferred we had been required to read IDEA instead. This book covers important aspects of IDEA and attempts to explain them in detail and through case law. Reading the actual law and getting a cases compilation would have been more informative for me.
